About products and suppliers

The master cylinder allows the operation of the clutch, whose role is to separate the wheels from the engine when changing the gears. Hydraulic slave cylinders act as a pump by transforming the mechanical force into hydraulic pressure and sending it to the cylinder. This latter enables the disconnection of the engine and the transmission system. The functioning of light clutch cylinders is based on a hydraulic circuit. The slave cylinder is part of the hydraulic system, which is supplied with clutch fluid (same as brake fluid).

The purpose of light clutch cylinders is to separate the gearbox from the engine so you can shift the gears. If you notice leaks or malfunctions in your clutch cylinder, you must replace it as soon as you can. We recommend you replace the slave cylinder at the same time because it may breakdown also along with the master clutch. The price of the clutch and slave cylinders depends mainly on your auto transmission system, but don't worry, we have preferential wholesale prices.

Replacing the clutch master cylinder is necessary when observing one of the following symptoms: the clutch pedal no longer works properly, shifting gears becomes difficult, the brake fluid is very low, or if there is a leak of brake fluid. The main function of light clutch cylinders is the transmission of the pedal force to the cylinder the operating fluid.
